Built in 2009 to host family and friends , the house was designed by Thomas Fourtane, a renown architect .

The house develops 300 m2 and many decks to circulate outside across the various living spaces spreaded over 4 half floors. Its is built on 4,300m2 of mediterranean garden.

As all houses in the Sperone private resort, the house and its roof are covered with Red Cedar which gives the resort its unique architectural unity. Sperone resort offers a magnificent place to enjoy the sea and its leisures, the golf and 10 tennis courts.  It also gives access to one of the most enchanting beach of south Corsica, Grand Sperone which is ony 5 minuts away from the house.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bath rooms, a large swimming pool.
